During the last two decades, the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership has become an engine that contributes to breaking cycles of poverty, discrimination, and lack of educational access in a multicultural, rural community where opportunities remain scarce.

- AI education related software that EdD student can learn how to use and awaken new skills and aspirations for them and students in the region.
- Research activities that involve the implementation of innovative educational intervention with local students.
- Mini grants for schoolteachers/college faculty who want to come and work with doctoral students to innovate their practice.
- Annual conference where doctoral students can exhibit their research-work.
Our goal is $16, 000 — Students at all levels flourish when they are under the leadership of innovative and competent leaders who believe in a cause greater than themselves. Students excel when they are offered learning environments where their instructors and leaders have a deeper understanding of what it means to be a change agent in a high need area, whose potential has been neglected for a long time.
Students who come from highly diverse backgrounds demand smart and humble servant leaders who can advocate for their right to reach their highest potential while designing the best life for them and their families.
