During the last two decades, the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership at Stan State Education has become an engine that contributes to breaking cycles of poverty, discrimination, and lack of educational access in a multicultural, rural community where opportunities remain scarce.

* AI education related software that EdD student can learn how to use and awaken new skills and aspirations for them and students in the region
* research activities that involve the implementation of innovative educational intervention with local students
* mini grants for schoolteachers/college faculty who want to come and work with doctoral students to innovate their
practice
* annual conference where doctoral students can exhibit their research-work
