Phi Lambda Rho is not just a sorority; we are a vibrant Chicana/Latina sisterhood dedicated to promoting academics, lifelong bonds, cultural celebration, and philanthropy. Our mission is rooted in giving back to our community, particularly supporting marginalized youth, while celebrating and preserving Chicana/Latina culture.

Our Vision We exist to develop and empower strong leaders who will make a lasting and positive impact on our society. Within our sorority, we provide women with the resources to grow personally, academically, and professionally. Our ultimate purpose is to facilitate the advancement of women of color through higher education.

How Your Donation Makes a Difference

Your contribution will help us realize our philanthropic vision through our program "Manos Ayudando Manitas," where we reach out to the youth in our community. With just a few dollars, you can go a long way in building a brighter future for these young individuals. Here's how your donation can be used:

• $20: Buys school supplies for kids in underfunded communities. 
• $40: Provides backpacks for kids in underfunded communities. 
• $50: Supports classroom supplies for teachers in need.

No matter the amount you choose to donate, your contribution will significantly enhance the educational experience for Hispanic and Latinx students. Our goal is to provide them with basic necessities that enable them to pursue higher education and continue their studies.
