Science Day
Inspiring Future Scientists, One Discovery at a Time

Science in Our Community brings hands-on STEM experiences directly to educationally and economically disadvantaged students across the Central Valley. Led by Stan State students, faculty and staff, this volunteer-powered program sparks curiosity. It builds confidence in young learners through free events like Science Saturdays and outreach to K–12 schools. It also empowers Stan State students with real-world teaching and community engagement experience.

Your support helps keep these programs free and accessible. A $500 donation can fund a full Science Saturday, bringing local students to campus for a day of immersive science learning. Smaller gifts help replenish single-use supplies that make our experiments possible. Every contribution fuels a connection between students, science and the possibilities ahead.

Donate today to keep curiosity alive and make science accessible to all.
