The GALAX-E Mentoring Program pairs first-generation College of Science alumni with current first-gen students to offer guidance, encouragement and real-world insight. Through this one-of-a-kind mentoring experience, students gain tools to navigate challenges and stay on track toward their goals — with someone who’s walked the path beside them.
Your support helps fund the essentials that make this program possible: printed materials, program t-shirts and campus-hosted gatherings (some including students’ families) that build community and connection.
